Cascara-Package Design

Cascara is an alternative coffee brand designed by myself. While creating this brand, I aimed to create a warm and cosy atmosphere. The logo of my brand was inspired by the old story of a shepherd living in Ethiopia who discovered the coffee plant and fed it to his goats. Based on this story, I used a goat horn motif in my coffee logo.
For my packaging designs, I was inspired by three different coffee bean varieties, Kenya, Ethiopia and Mexico. I used region-specific patterns and colours on the packaging to reflect the uniqueness of each region. I also tried to add a personal touch by adding my drawings specific to that region on each package with linoleum printing technique. The reason for using the linoleum technique was to reflect the naturalness and rawness of my brand, and I also made my drawings on the packaging accordingly.
