''Bedenim Suya, Ruhum Dünyaya''
In this linoleum print, I wanted to express the sense of belonging and my inner connection with nature. I imagined myself floating peacefully on my back in the sea or slowly floating towards the bottom. For me, this moment is not only the movement of a body in the water; it is also a state of surrender where the soul becomes one with the universe.
For me, the sea is not only a piece of nature, but also a place where I feel I belong. I find peace in the silence beneath the surface and freedom in weightlessness. In this work, I wanted to make you feel both physical and emotional depth at the same time.
The expression “My Body to the Water, My Soul to the World” carries the essence of this print: Letting go, becoming one with nature and finding true peace in the silence of the water.
